It is a great place to work because we respect each other. We love each other. We’re all working together to a common goal.
Aside from that, we understand that working at a restaurant is a stepping stone. Usually, people start off there, and they have goals they want to achieve. We know that, and we want to assist with that. Because us as owners, we were there too. We want you to grow just like we had a chance to grow.
Because we have that mindset, we feel like it’s a great place to work. I would want to work here. I’m trying to be the boss that I wanted when I was a cook.
